I’ve always been curious, wondering why this and how that. The beautiful thing about this Universe of ours is that with each new piece of information we gather, with each new invention, and with each new discovery, we are left with more questions to ask, more knowledge to seek, and more problems to solve. Today I stand on planet Earth, gaze at the sky, and wonder.

We are often slow to believe those things that will bring us pain; we hide in a cloak of denial. Until one day, there very thing we resisted against stands before us – the naked truth revealed. And as the pain comes, we may feel it is more than we can bear. The fact is that we can bear what stands before us. What we cannot bear is to give our life away by not facing the truth. Today I remain open to the truth, knowing any pain that comes will pass.

If a specific situation does not feed my spirit, make my heart sing, or lift me up, then I must walk away. If a specific person does not feed my spirit, make my heart sing, or lift me up, then I must walk away from him or her, too. Walking away from situations and people who diminish my wonder, who tax my spirit, and who dismiss my dreams is not a sign of weakness – it is a sign of unbelievable strength. Today I declare a war on all things bad and negative in my life and will allow only good in my life!
